Return Policy
At GENIX, we are committed to offering our consumers the highest quality ingredients. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our product, we offer a return within (7) seven days of purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, if (7) seven days have passed since your purchase, we will be unable to offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
Once your return is received and approved, we will notify you via email. A refund will then be processed back to your original form of payment and will post to your account within (30) thirty days.
