Our product packaging is designed for quality assurance and is vacuum-sealed to keep the products fresh during storage and transport. When using the product for the first time, prime the pump by pressing down several times to disengage the seal.
We recommend that you consult your physician before using GENIX products during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. The product has not been tested on pregnant women or nursing mothers.
We are committed to offering our consumers the highest quality products and we are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase. Products are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase and only if 50% or less of the product has been used. Empty bottles are not eligible for return.

Additionally, GENIX is perfect for both mature and young skin. Mature skin will benefit by restoring the firmness, brightness, and youthful nature of skin. If you currently love the look and feel of your skin as-is, use GENIX to protect it from damage!
We recommend storing GENIX products in the refrigerator. Just like in scientific applications, proteins prefer to be cold when being stored. Refrigeration protects the Placenta Extract, prolonging its structure and power, and extending the life of the product.
If you prefer not to refrigerate, that is okay. Refrigeration is not required but may yield more impactful results.
Please note that when refrigerated, product becomes firm. If experiencing difficulty pumping the bottle, allow the product to warm at room temperature for a few minutes before use.
